I had a complimentary service offered to me and had a appointment time set up. I arrived at the dealer 10 minutes early and checked in. I took over 2 hours to receive my truck back from service. This was a terrible experience and I did not appreciate the way I was treated by this establishment.

I brought my car in, they kept it over a month. They did nothing to it. But tried to charge me $4000.00 for work I did not ask them to do. I will not bring any of my vehicles there ever again. And I will tell everyone I know to stay away.

Helped with finance fees and made sure we left in the car of my girl's dreams. I have never seen better customer service at a dealership here in Meridian.
